With a horrific knee ιnjᴜry against the Milwaukee Bucks in the first round of the playoffs, the 31-year-old shooting guard was forced to miss the Heat’s journey to the NBA Finals.

As part of the two-year contract he signed with the Heat last summer, Oladipo has a $9.5 million player option for next season.

However, with his long-term future in Miami uncertain, he has advertised his opulent 6,500-square-foot Miami Beach mansion for $9.995 million.

Oladipo is hoping to recoup his $7.75 million investment in the seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom property he purchased after being traded from the Houston Rockets in 2021.

The property is on Hibiscus Island, a private gated island south of the Venetian Islands that is only three miles from the Heat’s Kaseya Center. The mansion, which sits on one and a half lots, boasts a gourmet kitchen, high-end fixtures, soaring ceilings, and a big swimming pool with outside seats.

The main bedroom has two walk-in closets and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the island.

Oladipo, a rising musician, renovated the guesthouse to include a $50,000 recording studio, where he has been producing songs for his forthcoming album.

Hibiscus Island has a waterfront park, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, and a police officer on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week.Oladipo, on the other hand, is looking for a home with more land for himself and his family.

“I’d love to have a tennis court or just land for my daughter to run around on,” he told the Wall Street Journal.

Oladipo has earned more than $115 million in his 10-year NBA career.
