Tyler Perry’s Former Atlanta Mansion Is Georgia’s Most Expensive Home for $25 мillio𝚗
Georgia’s most expensive home, Tyler Perry’s former Atlanta mansion, is listed for $25 мillio𝚗.
Media mogul Tyler Perry once owned the 17-acre French Provincial architecture-style mansion with a nearly 35,000 square foot home at 4110 Paces Ferry Road in Atlanta.
Tyler Perry set the sales record for the most expensive residence in Atlanta’s history when he unloaded his French palace-inspired masterpiece in 2007, despite the fact that the home is currently up for sale again for $25 мillio𝚗. Perry had previously sold the Buckhead Mansion for $17.5 мillio𝚗.
The opulent mansion, which has indoor and outdoor pools as well as an underground ballroom, was inspired by France’s Palace of Versailles.
Because of how his work with David Turner International Ministries is forcing him and his family to leave Georgia, the current owner, international businessman, and televangelist David Turner is selling the Buckhead property.
Turner, who amassed his wealth as the founder and former CEO of Suntree Holdings Llc in Phoenix, said in a statement, “This is the most beautiful property I have ever laid eyes on.” “We’ve had a wonderful time living here and will be devastated to leave one day. We must, however, follow our faith, and our faith is guiding us in a different direction.
According to co-listing agent Chase Mizell of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, who works with Josh Reeves, the property was previously listed for $25 мillio𝚗 before selling at a lower price in 2016. In the 2016 Sale, Mizell and Reeves represented both the buyer and the seller.
The Chattahoochee River is bordered by the Gated Estate. It features a brand-new 70,000-gallon swimming pool with an infinity edge, a lit tennis court, a home theater, a new indoor resistance pool, a wine cellar, formal and informal gardens, an entire estate generator, a guard house, a caretaker’s suite, and an advanced security system. The property also has a separate guest house in addition to the main house. The over 35,000 square feet of the main house do not include an underground ballroom with a catering kitchen.
