‘Bright eyes’ with a huge collection of hundreds of luxury cars by rapper Rick Ross, all the best cars in the world must covet
‘Dazzling’ with hundreds of luxury cars of rapper Rick Ross: From a purple Lamborghini to a Tonka truck. All the worrying was for naught.
The second annual Rick Ross Car and Bike Show proceeded flawlessly this past Saturday. A massive crowd gathered at the rapper’s extravagant “Promise Land” estate in Fayetteville, Georgia, to witness an array of eye-catching vehicles from the South, accompanied by a concert and rodeo.
Building upon the success of last year’s event, the sophomore edition delivered what attendees had come to love. Displayed in front of Ross’s opulent residence were his personal collection of predominantly American classics, including his cherished fire engine red 1959 Chevrolet Bel Air. Joining his fleet were hundreds of other vehicles owned by passionate enthusiasts from all across the region. Social media platforms overflowed with snapshots and videos showcasing the extraordinary cars, trucks, and motorcycles exhibited at this one-day extravaganza. Among the highlights were a colossal yellow Tonka-style Ford truck, a purple Lamborghini Huracán adorned with an airbrushed portrait of Kobe Bryant on its hood, and a vibrant lime green C8 Corvette Z06. It was also impossible to overlook the Bell Air-inspired golf cart that Ross zipped around his expansive property in.
Recognitions and awards were presented, following the tradition of more conventional automobile events like the Concours d’Elegance. Ross took to Instagram to shine a spotlight on a stunning 1975 Chevy Caprice Classic customized by I95 Motorsports. This lowrider featured a color-shifting emerald green exterior, a green leather interior adorned with abundant gold accents. Deservedly, it was honored as the “Best Donk” of the show (a “donk” refers to a customized Chevy Caprice or Impala from the mid-’70s).
The event surpassed the typical expectations of a car show, as it had done in the previous year. Attendees were treated to an exhilarating concert featuring performances by Meek Mill, Gucci Mane, and, of course, Rick Ross himself. Additionally, this year’s Rick Ross Car & Bike Show offered the opportunity to witness a тhriℓℓinɡ rodeo.
Given the recent uncertainties surrounding the event, Ross must be overjoyed with how smoothly everything transpired. Just weeks ago, Fayetteville County authorities initially denied the rapper’s permit request, expressing concerns about traffic and safety. However, Ross ultimately secured the necessary permissions by arranging for additional parking, transportation, and security.
In light of the seamless execution, Ross is already looking ahead to next year’s show, with promises that it will include some cars from Tyler the Creator’s personal collection.
