Revealing part of Ariana Grande’s huge fortune through a $14 million mansion
Pop star Ariana Grande, known for her catchy slogan “I see it, I like it, I want it, I got it,” has recently sold a hillside property in Los Angeles’ Bird Streets area. Surprisingly, she parted ways with the property for $14 million, just under a year after impulsive buying it for $13.7 million in July 2020.
Spanning 10,000 square feet and spread across multiple levels, the home boasts four bedrooms and seven bathrooms. A striking glass front entryway is protected by massive metal doors at the street level, while floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the Los Angeles skyline and hills from the expansive living rooms. The formal living and dining rooms feature a Miele kitchen and a dual-sided fireplace, adding a touch of elegance.
On the penthouse floor, a luxurious primary suite takes center stage, complete with a stone bathtub and a boutique-style dressing area that creates a captivating ambiance with drɑmɑtic backlighting. The basement level of the mansion is equipped with a gym, sauna, wine closet, wet bar, and a movie theater, ensuring ample entertainment options. Notably, Grande enhanced the home’s security by replacing all the Fleetwood glass sliding doors with bulletproof glass.
Due to the property’s steep incline, there is no grassy yard, but a spacious terrace provides an ideal setting for outdoor gatherings. Additionally, an L-shaped, infinity-edged pool overlooks the valley below, offering a stunning backdrop.
It’s worth mentioning that Ariana Grande and her realtor husband Dalton Gomez also own a holiday property in Montecito, which Grande acquired from Ellen DeGeneres last year.
