One of the most costly deals to occur in Los Angeles this year was the acquisition of a Bel Air property by R&B artist The Weeknd, also known as Abel Tesfaye off-stage. The house has a living area of over 33,000 square feet, which is fairly large. The house has several amenities inside, including a gym, theater, music studio, sauna, hammam, and indoor pool, while the exterior features a sports court, an infinity pool with a waterfall, and a dгамatic split stairway leading from the top patio to the lawn.

These facilities are located on a 1.6-acre property that looks out over the Bel Air Country Club. Just a few months prior, Madonna purchased the singer of “Blinding Lights”‘ former residence.

The Weeknd’s new ultra-luxurious property’s previous owners, Dutch media tycoon Reinout Oerlemans and his wife, competitive cyclist Danielle Oerlemans, weren’t even planning on selling the property before Rayni and Branden Williams of the Beverly Hills Estates expressed interest in showing Tesfaye the property. The Oerlemans were ultimately represented by the Williams team, and Tesfaye by Angel Salvador, another Beverly Hills Estates agent.

The Oerlemans paid $21.4 мιℓℓιо𝚗 for the house in 2015, and over the next three years, they added 13,000 square feet of space and many of the luxuries listed above.
