See the beautiful mansion in Greenwich Village where Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner once rented and lived happily together

With a rich history spanning back to 1839, a historic Greenwich Village villa has played witness to a multitude of residents and migrants over the past two centuries. Notably, the renowned rapper Travis Scott and model Kylie Jenner were among the recent tenants of this storied property.

Even earlier, in 1919, the house belonged to the esteemed composer John Phillips Sousa, known for composing “The Stars and Stripes Forever.” In the past decade, the villa has changed hands numerous times, with environmental companies acquiring it at varying prices, including a staggering $32 million.

Presently, the six-story building, adorned with an elegantly decorated rooftop, is owned by Ryan Serhant, a prominent real estate agent and star of Bravo’s TV show “Million Dollar Listing.” Serhant has listed the property for sale at $26.5 million, inviting potential buyers to experience the charm and grandeur of this Greenwich Village gem.

Spanning an impressive width of nearly 7 meters and encompassing over 808 square meters, the villa was originally constructed by William Rainero. Clodagh Design took charge of the interior design, while Silvano Marchetto, former owner of the famed Da Silvano restaurant, contributed to the outdoor kitchen. Marchetto’s restaurant in the West Village was once a popular haunt for many notable personalities but has since closed its doors.

The villa offers six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a terrace that provides breathtaking views of Washington Square Park and the Freedom Tower.

To combat the chilly autumn days, a modern fireplace graces the living room, radiating warmth throughout the house and extending to the 65-square-meter backyard. The harmonious blend of the 5.6-meter-high ceilings and the distinctive stone brick walls creates a cozy atmosphere, inviting residents to enjoy a truly comfortable living space.

As this Greenwich Village villa seeks a new owner, its rich history and meticulous design beckon those with a passion for both tradition and luxury. The allure of this remarkable property, coupled with its prime location, makes it a coveted piece of real estate within New York City’s vibrant landscape.
