Sandra Bullock sells avocado farm, ‘bonus’ villa at an unеxpеcted price

Actress Sandra Bullock has successfully sold her house and avocado farm in Valley Center, California, for a sum of $5.6 million. This expansive 91-acre property, located approximately 40 miles northeast of San Diego, entered the market in September with an initial price of $6 million, and it found a buyer within just three weeks.

The transaction, completed in early November, was carried out through a limited liability business, as indicated by the deed filed with the county clerk.

The property, listed by Alan Long of Avenue 8, Melissa Russell of Willis Allen Real Estate, and Kay O’Hara of HomeSmart Realty West, features a magnificent 5,938-square-foot main mansion and approximately 1,200 organic avocado trees.

The main residence is a single-story adobe ranch with four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a cozy fireplace, security cameras, and a Crestron smart home system. Mr. Long previously described the property as having French doors that open up to verandas and yards, offering breathtaking pastoral mountain views.

Additionally, there is a manufactured home on the premises with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The extensive property boasts RV hookups, a backup generator, solar and electric charging stations, and a saltwater pool with a spa. The landscaped grounds feature flower gardens, eucalyptus, palm, and olive trees, along with charming fountains. The listing even suggests the possibility of expanding the property with additional homes, a vineyard, greenhouses, equestrian facilities, or an off-road motocross course.
