Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz Splurge $10.5 Million on Dream Home to Celebrate Engagement Anniversary

To commemorate their one-year engagement anniversary, Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz decided to go big and made a lavish purchase of a new property nestled in the mountains above Beverly Hills.

The power couple didn’t hold back and spent a whopping $10.5 million on their impressive “starter” home, which boasts luxurious features such as a “white crystal quartz” massage room, a juice bar, a rooftop meditation garden, and even a labyrinth. This extravagant purchase was reported by E! news, showcasing the grandeur of their love celebration.

Brooklyn Beckham, the eldest son of renowned English footballer David Beckham and Spice Girls superstar turned fashion icon Victoria Beckham, is a successful model and photographer with appearances in Vogue China and notable work with Burberry BRIT.

On the other hand, Nicola Peltz, an actress and heiress with a wealth of her own, has graced the screens in popular films like “Inhumans,” “Transformers: Age of Extinction,” and “The Last Airbender.” She is the daughter of New York business tycoon Nelson Peltz and his third wife, Claudia Heffner Peltz.

The Beverly Hills OM House, located on a serene side street in Coldwater Canyon, was designed and developed by The James Group’s Jason and Sonya Powell. Their vision for the property was to create the ultimate wellness lifestyle experience with top-notch design.

Spanning an impressive 7,700 square feet, the mansion exudes elegance with its exotic wood and stone finishes. The entrance features a feng shui-inspired reflecting pool, believed to attract and enhance positive energy, wealth, and abundance, while seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces.

The interior is adorned with a stunning smoky quartz crystal slab, known for purifying and neutralizing energy—a fitting addition for the affluent couple, Beckham and Peltz.

For Beckham, an Englishman, Los Angeles is a familiar place. His parents had previously sold their Beverly Hills part-time residence for a staggering $33.1 million to L.A. Rams owner Stan Kroenke and Walmart heiress Ann Walton Kroenke back in 2018.

With this new property, Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz have marked a significant milestone in their relationship, solidifying their love and commitment in a truly spectacular way.
