After breaking up with Kanye West, Kim Kardashian raised four children alone at the beachside Malibu resort
The stunning Mediterranean beach property was built in 1944 and refurbished in the 1990s and 2016; it is located on the Encinal Bluffs, one of Malibu’s most exclusive districts, and the sale was the most expensive residential deal in the city this year. Investor Adam Weiss and his wife, actress Barret Swatek from the Yellowstone television series, bought the property from Crawford in 2018 for $45M.
The end of a very long road leads to Kardashian’s new Malibu home, which is blocked from public view by an insurmountable hedge wall and a towering gate. The house’s overall 7,500 square feet is made up of various roomy living spaces, 5.5 bathrooms, and four bedrooms.
Stunning views of the setting sun and clean whitewater can be seen from the floor to ceiling windows. Of course, Kardashian uses the on-site gym for her regular workouts.
Direct entrance from the dining area leads to a serene veranda with a view of the ocean. This area is roomy and perfect for some outside leisure.
Kim Kardashian still spends much of her time at her enormous Hidden Hills estate. She still owns a lavish apartment in Calabasas, two “extra” homes in Hidden Hills, one of which was just put up for sale, and an empty property in the exclusive Madison Club in La Quinta.
A terrace surrounds the pool and provides access to the pavilion and fireplace that are located there.
A separate spa with amazing views of the pool patio and coastline is accessible by concrete steps.
Large trees and exotic plants surround a full-size tennis court on a beautifully manicured property.
From the house perched above the cliff, a meandering road and set of steps lead to a serene beach. Celebrities including Marcy Carsey, Neil Diamond, Michael Eisner, and Leonardo DiCaprio are among the neighbors of the property.
