Roddy Ricch spends mιllιons on luxury paradise in Beverly Hills

Did he find a spot for his Aston Martin truck? Roddy Ricch, sometimes known as Lil Bird, has left his Los Angeles home after less than a year. The 24-year-old “Feed Tha Streets” lyricist’s contemporary Beverly Hills mansion has resurfaced for sale at just under $6 mιllιon, $400,000 more than the November pᴜrchase price.

The beige stucco house was built in 1960 on a nearly acre-sized secluded land at the end of a lengthy gated driveway shared with three other estates. It has been significantly rebuilt and enlarged since then. The main residence has four bedrooms and five bathrooms in roughly 4,000 square feet on two levels, while guest quarters have a kitchenette and bathroom.

A large living room with a two-way fireplace and folding glass doors leads to a casual dining area connected to a galley-style kitchen with wood cabinetry, marble countertops, an eat-in island, and high-end Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. The second-floor master suite has a bespoke walk-in closet, a couch, and a luxury bathroom with twin vanities, a soaking tub, and a windowed shower. A junior suite and library-lined office are also available.
