Yo Gotti is selling his hilltop Los Angeles house less than a year after buying it. The “Recession Proof” rapper’s 3-acre property in Westlake Village, California, is fully landscaped and features a Tuscan-style mansion, two pools, rose gardens, and a full-size tennis court.
The 2016 album “The Art of Hustle,” which peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard 200, was Mario Mims’ first major success. His song “Rake It Up” with Nicki Minaj reached the top 10 of the Һоt 100 the following year. Gotti, 41, runs Nashville’s Collective Music Group (CMG).
Villa Forza in Westlake Village is listed for $1 miℓℓio𝚗 more than Gotti paid in May. The late 1990s-built mansion overlooks the North Ranch Country Club golf course and has over 10,000 square feet of living area on one level.
Interiors are luxurious. The glass-and-metal double front doors open to a spacious foyer with a big skylight and views through the backyard and beyond the undulating hills.
There includes a living room with a fireplace, a library, a family room connected to the chef’s kitchen, and six guest/family rooms. The master suite contains a home gym, executive office, formal dining room, and two bathrooms, wardrobes, fireplaces, and jacuzzis.
With groomed boxwood and rose gardens, large palm trees, and peaceful fountains, the property shines outside. A reflecting pool, infinity-edge pool, and many terraces for outdoor dining and entertaining overlook the canyon.
