Notorious B.I.G. needed money so much that he had to sell his famous apartment in NYC for $1.7 million

According to The Post, Notorious B.I.G.’s renowned Brooklyn mansion is up for sale for $1.7 million.

The renowned New York rapper, Christopher George Latore Wallace, who was born, lived in the flat in 1994 with his wife Faith Evans and her daughter Chyna Tahjere Griffin.

One of Biggie Smalls’ most well-known albums, “Ready to Ԁιе,” was published when he was residing in the Fort Greene home.

Only a few blocks separate the duplex’s two bedrooms and two bathrooms from the street that bears the legendary musician’s nɑme.

The numerous representations of Biggie in street art and murals all throughout the city give one a sense of the magnitude of his legacy. At 226 St. James Place in Clinton Hill, the rapper grew up. According to a recent article in The Post, his childhood residence is now renting for more than $4,000 a month.

Even the documentary “Biggie: The Life of Notorious B.I.G.” mentioned the house. The business’s current proprietor, Caroline Duncan, is a well-known costume designer who has contributed to Һιt television shows like “The Affair” and “When They See Us.”

Duncan bought the house in 2011 and completely renovated it. The flat, described as a “chic artistic haven,” has facilities like a personal library, walk-in closets, and a ton of lofted space.
