Eminem and his rapper friends inside the mansion he sold at a huge loss

In 2003, 15-time Grammy artist Eminem purchased a $4.75 million Rochester Hills, Michigan estate, one year after appearing in 8 Mile. Trulia reports the 44-year-old listed the property for $2 million 14 years later.

His 17,500-square-foot estate on 5.7 acres in Metropolitan Detroit’s northern suburbs is where he grew up. The entrance includes a patio and stone facade. The kitchen has a breakfast nook, endless cabinets, and thin wood ceiling paneling.

The high ceiling of another room features thin paneling, huge windows, and glass French doors on most walls. There are five bedrooms with individual bathrooms, two full and three half baths.

A waterfall pool, spa, and patio surround the backyard. A glass-walled circular cabana with a kitchenette located in the private yard. A guardhouse, five-car garage, tennis and basketball courts with gazebos, and nighttime lighting are on the partly wooded site. The huge property contains a private pond and game room guesthouse.
