Metallica, Fall Out Boy, and Linkin Park top the year-end “Billboard” Rock radio rankings

Metallica, Linkin Park, and Fall Out Boy are leading several Rock radio categories in the newly released Billboard year-end charts for 2023.

Thanks to the popularity of their song “Lost,” Linkin Park was able to take the #1 place on the Rock & Alternative Airplay Artists list. Chester Bennington provided the lead vocals on this recently leaked demo from the Meteora sessions.

The Foo Fighters come in just behind at number two on the rankings. Fall Out Boy, Metallica, blink-182, Beach Weather, Jelly Roll, Bad Omens, Disturbed, and Godsmack round out the remaining top 10.

Fall Out Boy and Metallica are still at the top of the rankings for Mainstream Rock Airplay Artists and Dedicated Alternative Airplay Artists, respectively.

Notable artists including Linkin Park, Beach Weather, Foo Fighters, blink-182, All Time Low, Dirty Heads, Paramore, Bad Omens, and Weezer are also included in the Alternative Airplay Artists cut. Meanwhile, Bad Omens, Disturbed, HARDY, Foo Fighters, Linkin Park, Jelly Roll, Godsmack, Pop Evil, and Falling in Reverse are among the remaining Mainstream Rock Airplay Artists.
