Less than a year after purchasing his mansion on a hill in Los Angeles, Yo Gotti is selling it. The 3-acre “Recession Proof” rapper’s estate in Westlake Village, California, is completely groomed and has a full-size tennis court, two pools, a home in the Tuscan style, and rose gardens.
Mario Mims’ first big hit was the 2016 album “The Art of Hustle,” which peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard 200. The next year, his song “Rake It Up” with Nicki Minaj made it to the top 10 of the λot 100. Runs Nashville’s Collective Music Group (CMG) is 41-year-old Gotti.
Westlake Village’s Villa Forza is offered for $1 million more than Gotti did in May. With nearly 10,000 square feet of living space on one level, the mansion was constructed in the late 1990s and boasts a view of the North Ranch Country Club golf course.
The interiors are opulent. The large foyer with a large skylight and views of the rolling hills and backyard beyond is accessible through the glass and metal double front doors.
Six guest/family rooms, a library, a family room that is open to the chef’s kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace are all included. A home gym, executive office, formal dining room, two bathrooms, closets, fireplaces, and jacuzzis are all located in the master suite.
The home is stunning outside, with well-kept boxwood and rose gardens, big palm trees, and serene waterfalls. Overlooking the canyon are many terraces for alfresco eating and entertainment, an infinity-edge pool, and a reflecting pool.
