AY Comedian celebrates 14th wedding anniversary with adorable family

Today, November 29, 2022, is Ayo Makun’s (AY), a Nigerian comedian and film producer, and his wife Mabel’s 14th wedding anniversary. The Makun posted photos of himself, his wife, and their two daughters to his Instagram profile. He wrote a little note with each photo explaining that they had been friends for 18 years and married for 14 years.

“Happy birthday” is the caption, written in French, and it has left many on social media wondering what the comic was trying to say. In contrast, Mabel wrote: “The grace of God has been more than sufficient for 18 years of friendship and 14 years of saying I do.” Go @aycomedian forever.
2008 saw the marriage of Ayo and Mabel Makun, who are blessed with two children: Ayomide, who is 9 months old, and Michelle, who is 13 years old.

After 13 years of hardship, the couple welcomed Ayomide, their second child, early this year. Ay captioned the announcement post, writing: “Over the past 13 years, our prayers have been answered.” Thank you, Ayomide, for reuniting Daddy and Mummy with @realmabelmakun. He thanked everyone who prayed for his family in his tweet, saying, “Thank you for making Michelle a big sister.”
