Bastardane (Ft. James Hetfield’s Son Castor) Holding Open Bass Auditions

Open bass auditions are being held by Bastardane, including Castor, the son of James Hetfield.

You have the opportunity to be in a band with drummer Castor Hetfield, son of Metallica singer James Hetfield, as Bassdane is hosting open bass auditions.

Is This Rage?, the group’s first album, was released in 2022 by the sultry rock ensemble. They have started a number of support tours, even joining up with OTTTO, which is led by Tye Trujillo, the son of Robert Trujillo of Metallica. Bastardane also participated in Metallica’s “no repeat weekend” tour the previous year, spending Saturdays in the community in between the band’s Friday and Sunday shows in the same city.

Bastardane is now looking for a new bassist to play with singer Jacobious Lovebone, guitarist Ethan Sirotzki, and the previously mentioned Castor Hetfield. The band released two singles last year.
