It appears that Kylian Mbappe is poised to acquire the Gulfstream G200 jet that has been Cristiano Ronaldo’s airborne companion for the past 8 years.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s decision to part with his jet has been in the works for several months, and it seems he has finally found a buyer in the form of Mbappe, who holds Ronaldo in high esteem.

The aircraft in question, a Gulfstream G200, was initially purchased by Ronaldo in 2015 for a sum of 20 miℓℓiо𝚗 euros.

Known as CR7 in homage to its illustrious owner, this jet can comfortably accommodate 8 to 10 passengers and boasts an impressive top speed of 901 km/h. Laden with a suite of top-tier features, it has been a faithful companion to Ronaldo during his ownership.

The negotiations surrounding the jet’s sale have been a nuanced affair, with Ronaldo striving to secure a suitable offer. After multiple adjustments, it seems that he has successfully persuaded a buyer to step forward, with Mbappe emerging as the latest interested party.

Although the precise selling price гemɑi𝚗s undisclosed, estimates suggest it could fall within the range of 12 to 16 miℓℓiо𝚗 euros.

Mbappe’s longstanding admiration for CR7 further fuels his desire to procure this aircraft. As a young aspiring footballer, Mbappe adorned his space with Ronaldo’s pictures, cementing his idolization of the legendary player. This sentiment likely contributes to his eagerness to “reclaim” his idol’s jet.

Ronaldo’s decision to part with the Gulfstream G200 stems from his reduced usage of the aircraft. He now prefers the comforts of the Gulfstream G650, an aircraft that boasts ample space for up to 18 passengers, a maximum speed of 956 km/h, and distinct areas for sleeping, working, dining, and relaxation.

In contrast, while Mbappe’s intention to acquire the jet is evident, it’s worth noting that the Al Nassr star currently opts for chartering. He pays a fee of 6,000 euros per hour to a private airline, a decision that contrasts with Ronaldo’s ownership approach. As the Gulfstream G200 prepares for a new chapter in its illustrious journey, Mbappe’s connection with his idol is set to take flight in a whole new dimension.
