DJ Khaled’s former Florida home has Һit the market for $16.3 million.

DJ Khaled’s former estate in South Florida is being listed for $16.39 million. The sale includes a substantial portion of his furnishings, such as his sneaker shrine and three 14-karat gold chandeliers adorned with Swarovski crystals.

The renowned 500-plus sneaker collection chamber of the music producer, located at 3914 Island Estates in Aventura, features the labeled “WETHEBEST” logo adorning the floor. Sadly, as this was once DJ Khaled’s residence, his renowned sneaker collection is not included in the transaction.

Founders of Ruido Callejero Music and music executives and restaurateurs Nahim Jorge Bonilla and Melissa Granda are the vendors. The celebrity-friendly eatery Mandrake Miami is another establishment owned by the couple. Bad Bunny, Diddy, and Olivia Culpo have dined there.

DJ Khaled no longer owns this house, but his 1,000-square-foot custom sneaker shrine, minus the sneakers, remаins.

The Aventura home comes with a gracious layout, including 30-foot-high ceilings.

An open chef’s kitchen is a highlight of the home.
