According to reports, Wizkid is the owner of two houses in Lagos, Nigeria.

One is located in Lekki, estimated to be worth around N13 million, while the other is situated in Surulere, with an approximate value of N70 мιIIιоnꜱ.

Wizkid’s Lekki House: In 2013, Wizkid made the exciting announcement of acquiring his Lekki house. He expressed his joy on social media, writing, “New House! Thank you, Lord!!” However, an exclusive report by LindaIkeji revealed that the house was actually rented, and in 2016, Wizkid received a quit notice as he did not renew the lease for the four-bedroom duplex at Ayinde Akinmade in Lekki Phase 1.

The Surulere house owned by Wizkid doesn’t have available pictures, but credible sources confirm that it is his preferred residence.

Despite the controversy surrounding the status of his Lekki house, Wizkid’s real estate ventures in Lagos showcase his success and investment in properties within Nigeria.
