Ronnie Wood, 64, and Sally Humphreys, 34, continue to show the world that their relationship is going strong. The Rolling Stones star and his theatre producer girlfriend were recently spotted soaking up the romance in Venice, Italy, where they enjoyed a scenic boat ride through the iconic canals.
The couple looked delighted to be in each other’s company, with Ronnie displaying his gentlemanly side by assisting Sally as she boarded the gondola first.
Ronnie opted for a classic look, sporting a black blazer and trousers despite the warm weather. He paired his outfit with a bright blue shirt, albeit slightly creased, and red Ray-Ban sunglasses that added a pop of color. Sally, in contrast, embraced the summer vibes in a red-and-black patterned dress, nude wedges, and stylish dark sunglasses. Her breezy outfit, perfect for the sunny day, nearly led to a wardrobe mishap as she exited the gondola, but she handled it gracefully.
This Venetian escape follows the couple’s public debut in April, when Sally accompanied Ronnie to his Faces, Time and Places art exhibition in New York. Ronnie had spoken warmly about her in March during an interview with People magazine, describing their relationship as “great” and adding, “We’re taking it slowly.”
The pair’s connection likely began during their collaboration on Ronnie Wood – I Feel Like Playing: Live at the Ambassadors in October of the previous year. Before dating Sally, Ronnie had a brief romance with former model Nicola Sargent, 25, whom he met in Mayfair in late 2011.
Ronnie and Sally’s romance seems to be thriving as they create memorable moments together, from art exhibitions in the U.S. to dreamy boat rides in Venice. Their journey, though unexpected to some, continues to capture attention and admiration.
