Kirk Hammett, the renowned guitarist of Metallica, has recently put his second San Francisco residence on the market, with an asking price of $13 million

Previously, Hammett had listed another adjacent property in the Sea Cliff neighborhood late last year, which sold for $12.8 million in March. The current house, located at 320 Sea Cliff Ave., was initially listed at $16 million last year but has since been reduced by $3 million. Mark Levinson from Pacific Union is once again representing Hammett in this sale.
