Linkin Park’s new singer Emily Armstrong faces backlash over Scientology ties and Danny Masterson support

One particular picture captured her side-by-side with Mars Voltas Cedric Bixler-Zavala. Yet, whether Emily maintains any current ties to the church remains a mystery.

However, there’s more that has left fans shaken. Emily was reportedly present during the trial and subsequent conviction of rapist Danny Masterson in 2022. Masterson received a thirty-year prison sentence for two rapes committed in 2001 and 2003.

The ex-actor was also reportedly a known supporter of the Church of Scientology, having been involved with the religion since his childhood. He first faced rape accusations in 2017 from three women who were also followers of Scientology.

Born and bred in Los Angeles, the musician, who once made the bold move to drop out of school in pursuit of her dreams, was spotted among the attendees of the Church of Scientology’s 44th Anniversary Gala.
