After 60 years of arduous labor, comedian Arsenio Hall and his spouse lead a happy life in a $88 million estate.

Arsenio Hall has chosen to sell his feature-rich estate in the Tarzana region of the San Fernando Valley after recently spending $5.2 million on a contemporary farmhouse-style home in the Calabasas area of Los Angeles.

According to reports, the 66-year-old comedian, actor, and former talk show presenter is asking just under $5.3 million for the modern home. The $11 million he allegedly paid “NCIS” actor Sean Murray for it just over a year ago, just after it was first constructed, is significantly higher than this figure.

The television show “The Arsenio Hall Show,” which ran from 1989 to 1994, and his parts in the movies “Coming to America” and “Harlem Nights” helped Arsenio Hall become well-known.

Concealed by fences and gates, the property is a three-car garage, a large automobile court, and a white stucco and dark brown-trimmed building on a level plot of ground that is more than a third of an acre in size.

Hardwood floors, high ceilings, designer lighting, and floor-to-ceiling Fleetwood glass sliding doors are features of the 6,500-square-foot, two-story living area. The house has twin entrance doors that are 12 feet high, and it has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

A formal dining room leads to a covered terrace that is ideal for gathering outside, and it is connected to a living area that is enhanced by a hidden linear fireplace behind a wood accent wall.

A floating staircase concealing a wine closet is part of the grand entrance. Top-of-the-line Thermador appliances, two sizable quartz islands with tumbling edges, bespoke cabinets, and a walk-in pantry are all features of the adjoining gourmet kitchen.

The property also has a master bedroom upstairs with a marble fireplace, a private balcony, two walk-in closets, a large bathroom with a separate wet room, soaking tub, and shower, a cinema room, and a multipurpose room that can be used as an office or lounge.

The turf-covered backyard features a zero-edge pool, a sport court, a kitchen and grill area, a fire pit, and a Jacuzzi with a Baja ledge. There are also solar panel systems, Control4 automation, and two guesthouses, one of which has been turned into a gym.
