Magic Johnson lost all his assets after spending a large amount of money to buy a 10,000 square meter mansion in Bel-Air😱

The six-bedroom property in Moraga Estates, which is marketed for $14.5 million, was once occupied by a Los Angeles Lakers player. The 10,000-square-foot gated community is also up for sale, according to the seller, Compass dealer Nancy Ellin.

After purchasing the home in 2004, Ellin undertook a number of upscale improvements. After a comprehensive refurbishment, the property now features marble, custom cabinets, high-end equipment, and Moroccan/Spanish design elements that were influenced by our trips, Ellin tells Mansion Global. It’s a wonderful place to celebrate and a genuinely unique place to live. Great grounds with a fire pit, pool, built-in barbecue, and wide brick patio.

A dramatic lobby with a grand staircase and handcrafted broad wood plank flooring is located at the entrance of the three-story home. The first floor leads to a lovely formal dining room with bespoke built-ins and a silver leaf soffit ceiling.

The family room, with its Moroccan-style sitting rotunda and wood-burning fireplace, is just a few steps away from the large living space. Nearby is a distinctive chef’s kitchen including marble countertops, a sitting island, and a butler’s closet. There is a large breakfast area with French doors on each side that let in plenty of light and go to the backyard.

The large main chamber is located on the second story. It has a sitting space, a fireplace, and a balcony. The master bathroom’s sleek, white design is fashionable. It has a steam shower and a Jacuzzi tub. There are three kid-friendly bunk beds, a guest bedroom, a bathroom, and a large, fully furnished gym on the third floor. As you might expect, Johnson has a specially constructed indoor basketball court. If you want to just watch, you can peep through a window in the game area to see how your friends act.
