Yo Gotti has listed his Los Angeles hilltop property for sale, less than a year after acquiring it. The rapper’s expansive 3-acre property in Westlake Village, California, includes a full-size tennis court, two pools, rose gardens, and a mansion designed in the Tuscan style.
With his 2016 album “The Art of Hustle,” which peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard 200, Mario Mims, better known by his stage name Yo Gotti, achieved widespread recognition. His song “Rake It Up,” which featured Nicki Minaj, peaked in the top 10 of the Hot 100 lists the following year. At the age of 41, Gotti also runs the Nashville-based record company Collective Music Group (CMG).
The Villa Forza home in Westlake Village is marketed for $1 million more than Gotti paid for it in May. The home, which is over 10,000 square feet on one level and was constructed in the late 1990s, provides stunning views of the golf course at North Ranch Country Club.
