Lil Wayne hopes to make a few million dollars by selling his house in Florida.

The rapper from the United States, whose true name is Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., has put his stunning beachfront property in Miami Beach up for sale, asking $29.5 million.

The stylish, contemporary property was built in 2017 and is located on Allison Island, a small tropical paradise. The Grammy winner, who describes himself as a “young money millionaire,” spent $16.75 million for the mansion a year later, according to real estate records.

It appears to be worth eight digits as well. The half-acre property offers 110 feet of water frontage on the shimmering Biscayne Bay. The modern estate, which is little over 10,600 square feet in size, features nine bathrooms, seven bedrooms, and stunning views of the lake.

A grand foyer covered in mahogany leads to a spacious room with windows from the floor to the 22-foot-high ceilings. The main kitchen features Sub-Zero and Wolf equipment, handcrafted Italian cabinets, a chef’s kitchen with separate staff quarters, a movie theater, a wine cellar, and two family rooms. Rap royalty would also like the roomy master suite, which features two main bathrooms, a walk-in closet, a lounge, and a large patio overlooking the bay.

The “Lollipop” singer’s apartment is located in one of Miami Beach’s most upscale gated communities, according to listing agent Cyril Matz of Douglas Elliman. Although they are becoming more difficult to locate, there are a few high-end homes and apartments dotted over the 35-acre Allison Island.
