Dwayne Johnson surprised his mother with a brand-new automobile for Christmas!
The 49-year-old Red Notice star celebrated the occasion by giving his mother, Ata Johnson, a brand-new Cadillac with the assistance of his children, Jasmine, 6, and Tiana Gia, 3.
On Saturday, he posted the cute moment and the heartfelt reaction to Instagram. A video showing Dwayne shielding his mother’s eyes while his kids count down from three and yell, “Merry Christmas!” is featured on the first slide.
Ata opens her eyes and sees the new car in the driveway, adorned with a large red bow. Before covering her mouth in shock, she pauses for a moment to absorb the scene.
“This one felt good,” Dwayne wrote on his platform. I gave my mother a brand-new automobile as a Christmas present today. She was taken aback. She let out some harsh sobs.
.
In addition, the Jumanji star posted a number of pictures showing his mother “overcome with pure joy” as she looked around the new vehicle.
He added, “I’m so grateful I can do this kinda stuff for my mom, who’s had one helluva life,” to the tweet. None of it is anything I take for granted. She doesn’t either.
.
“Happy Christmas, ma’am! Enjoy your new ride!” he added. We adore you, as do your Elvis recordings. You’re worthy of much more.”
Dwayne harbors affection for his family’s female members. The Jungle Cruise star talked candidly about being a girl dad to PEOPLE back in June. He maintained at the time that the most crucial lesson he had learned from raising his kids was to “just be there.”
“You can be wired, as a lot of fathers are, to fix things,” he stated. “Just having an expanded capacity to listen and be more tender and gentle really gave me that ability to solve whatever the issue is, but with them compared to for them.”
“At home, Jasmine and Tia, my daughters, “are storms and very passionate about how they feel,” the actor laughs. “Lauren and I like bringing kids up in a culture and setting where life has no boundaries. You are able to accomplish anything you set your mind to. But I want you to be adaptable about how we get there.”
