Tyga, a well-known hip-hop artist, is experiencing life in the Westside. According to documents, the Grammy-nominated performer has agreed to pay $58,000 a month to lease a Bel-Air property on a hill.

Stretching horizontally across the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains, the picturesque house is still for sale at $12.88 million. The property, which is situated on two acres, has a 70-foot swimming pool, a 1,200-square-foot guesthouse, and a house that is about 13,000 square feet in size.
The three-story house was constructed this year and has a clean white front that carries into the light-filled living areas with various hardwood floor colors. The expansive views of the canyon are utilized by triangular clerestories, French doors, and picture windows.
The common areas are topped with tall ceilings that range from 12 to 18 feet. There is an open-concept kitchen with a marble backsplash and a living room with a wall of built-ins.
The enormous master bedroom has a lounge with sloping ceilings and two baths. Outside, five sets of sliding glass doors open. The entire space is 14,586 square feet, with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
The mansion is just four miles from Tyga’s ex-girlfriend Kylie Jenner’s Beverly Hills Post Office residence, which she purchased for $13.45 million last year with rapper Travis Scott.
The Multiple listed Service states that Teena Anderson of Beverly Hills Brokers & Associates is the listed agent, along with Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman. Tyga was represented by Aaron Kirman Group’s Weston Littlefield at Compass.
